The Health Police: a Forgotten History

A short text remembering the "Health Police" of 1918-1939 in Czechoslovakia, with a contemporary critique of the concept (1934) and a reminder of Johan Peter Frank (1745-1821) the author of an important work concerning issues of public health and the Health Police system.
