With a growing awareness of the devastating effects of smoking, annoying odours and the irritability of smoke, new products are emerging that can deliver nicotine without burning, especially to those who have not been able to or do not want to stop using nicotine. However, they are not intended for non-smokers, including children. Recent novelties are nicotine pouches, which do not contain any tobacco - their health risk is minimal. This article provides an overview of current knowledge.
