The article contains a brief summary of legal actualities during the 1.1.2009-5.3.2009 period, applicable to the work of specialised staff of regional public health stations. Identification of regulations concerning activities of our personnel has a long-standing tradition at the Liberec Regional Public Health Station and, due to positive reactions, is now being offered to the wider public.
